The organizational structure of NRCTC-N can be compared with a single standing tree. Roots of the tree represent water, forest, land, and community which means the organization is working in the transformation of water, forest and land-related multi-stakeholder conflicts along with mediation of community-level inter-personal conflicts. Likewise, NRCTC-N is a trunk (bole) of the tree which is an essential feature for management of overall structure. Similarly, the crown of the tree consists of the General Assembly through which rules and regulations are formulated, and important decisions are made related to organizations.
Executive committee members are elected through the General Assembly. It is an authorized body of the organization responsible for easing organizational activities through decisions (based on the organizational constitution and general assembly) and organization of the regular meeting.
Another significant body of the organization comprises a central office which is located in Bhaktapur district, and as per the requirement, there are regional offices based on the coverage of districts throughout the country. The central office works as a spider and does all round supervision, monitoring, and support to the regional offices and their activities regularly. Similarly, the regional office is responsible for the implementation of planned activities, monitoring and supporting district level activities. Likewise, district level staff directly works in multi-stakeholder conflict and inter-personal conflict in coordination with local government bodies and concerned stakeholders.
