Natural Resource Conflict Transformation Center-Nepal, a non-profit organization, is looking for applications from qualified experts/consultants to review/update the organization's safeguard policy.With experience in formulating and reviewing organizations' plans and policies, interested individuals are requested to submit a copy of Personal Account Number (PAN), updated CV, and price quotation to nrctc.nepal@gmail.com/info@nrctc.org.np, by 5:00 pm, March 1, 2024.
The consultant should have met the following eligibility criteria:
- Registered in Nepal in VAT/PAN office.
- Experience in working on policy formulation of the organization.
- Be able to plan and execute aligning with the organization's core values.
The consultant will,
- Facilitate a workshop in the presence of organizational staff to understand the value and mission of the organization.
- Provide technical support on drafting and finalizing the NRCTC-Nepal safeguard policy, incorporating feedback from the concerned stakeholders.
- Formulate NRCTC-Nepal safeguard policy based on the feedback from organization staff and all concerned stakeholders.
The price quotation should cover:
- Preparation and Facilitation of the workshop,
- Documentation and review of written contents,
- Write-up and Proofreading,
- Consultation with staff and concerned stakeholders during writing and finalization.
