Dialogue program is being conducted by the financial and technical support of The Asia Foundation. The concept of conflict resolution through dialogue program differs from the mediation process. However it is quite similar to Natural Resource Conflict Transformation Process, still, the dialogue is of issue not about only conflict. Here, stakeholder of the particular issues are allowed to have an open discussion on the issue that leads to a common solution with the help of Dialogue forum. At the local and sub-national levels, the Dialogue Forum program helps manage socioeconomic and political disputes in five hotspots (Kavrepalanchowk, Dolakha, Sindhupalchowk, Nuwakot and Rasuwa). These forums provide safe, confidential spaces for political parties and civil society representatives to strengthen relationships and manage politically charged and policy-related conflicts.
The main Strategy followed under this program is conducting Issue Analysis (3P: People, Problem and Process Analysis), Regular Dialogue Meeting, Separate and Joint Meeting with concerned stakeholders till to reached on final mutual understanding on the particular Issues.
