Training of Trainers (TOT) is one of the effective means for trainers to develop a clear understanding of adult learning principles, different training methodologies, facilitation, and presentation skills to deliver training programs effectively. Hence, TOT on mediation provides opportunities for a trainer to advance their core competencies in Mediation. We have trained 141 skilled human resources through conduction of sixth batch of TOT on Mediation.
