NRCTC-Nepal successfully concluded a comprehensive training program on communication and facilitation skill enhancement for organizational staff from 19 districts across the country. Held from August 5 to 9, 2024, the training was facilitated by a distinguished team, including Mr. Ghanashyam Pande, Ms. Bharati Pathak, and Dr. Shree Krishna Bhattarai, each bringing valuable expertise to the program’s success.
Hon. Bharati Pathak, a member of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly, played a pivotal role by motivating participants and highlighting opportunities within the government sector to advance conflict transformation initiatives. Mr. Ghanashyam Pandey shared invaluable insights on resource generation, drawing on national and international experiences, and underscored the critical role of communication and facilitation skills.
Dr. Shree Krishna Bhattarai enriched the training by educating participants on effective social media management and how to leverage these platforms for organizational growth. Participants widely praised the program as a highly enriching experience that significantly contributes to the sustainability of the multi-stakeholder conflict transformation movement.
