Mr. Bhatt holds masters degree in environmental science and he is licensed lawyer. He has more than 10 years of experiences on conflict transformation and peacebuilding.

She has Masters Degree in Forestry (MSC). She is working as Program Development Officer since December 2018. She is responsible for the project proposal development, coordination with donor agencies, documentation and marketing of organization activities and program progress and timely updating of website pages.

She did Masters in Bussiness Studies (MBS) and working as Chief Account Officer in NRCTC-N. She is responsible for recording and monitoring financial transactions according to NRCTC-N’s policies and regulations. In addition, she support in preparation of organizational budgets, report financial reports to ED and donors, guide to other accountant/finance officers when needed. Also, provide necessary information and documents to internal and external auditors of projects and organization.
