Central level practice sharing workshop was conducted for three days from 19 to 21 September 2022 in Bode, Bhaktapur. Total 43 participants were in the workshop, including the Board Members, central team, regional team, NRPs, account officers and facilitators under the Natural Resource Conflict Transformation Project. Central, regional and district-level learning, achievement and challenges were shared among the participants. On the third day of the workshop, Mr Ameet Dhakal shared valuable guidelines for the sustainability of the NRCTC-N peace-building movement. He mainly focused on the current status of NRCTC-N and our mission/target to reach after a few years through coordination from local government, concerned stakeholders and conflicting parties at the community level for fundraising and the self-sustainability of the organization. In addition, the tenth Annual General Meeting was accomplished in the presence of Board Members and all peace campaigners sharing the annual progress of the organization, financial report and organizational strategy to sustain the NRCTC-N peace-building movement to establish a peaceful and prosperous society.
In a nutshell, the workshop was conducted effectively in the presence of all peace campaigners sharing achievements, ways to tackle new challenges and potential sources to sustain the NRCTC-N peace-building movement.
