19 December 2025, the Natural Resource Conflict Transformation Center–Nepal (NRCTC-N) organized a Findings Sharing Workshop on “A Pathway to Peace: An Engagement Framework for the Next Evolution of Peacebuilding” at Alfa House Banquet, Kathmandu.
The program brought together representatives from INGOs, NGOs, CSOs, universities, and government institutions, creating a shared space for dialogue on reimagining peacebuilding practices. Discussions centered on key elements of the Engagement Framework, including locally led and context-specific peacebuilding, mutual accountability, power-sharing partnerships, and the importance of long-term, trust-based relationships rooted in community agency.
A key highlight of the program was the presentation of the Engagement Framework by Mr. Chup Bahadur Thapa, Steering Committee Member of this global research and Executive Director of NRCTC-N. He shared insights on the framework’s vision, guiding principles, and practical recommendations for transforming relationships and power dynamics across the peacebuilding ecosystem.
We sincerely thank all participants for their meaningful engagement and acknowledge the continued support of Humanity United in advancing inclusive, collaborative, and locally grounded peacebuilding efforts.
Together, we move forward on a shared pathway toward a more just, inclusive, and sustainable peace 🤝🌿
