Seventh Modular Training on the Natural Based Multistakeholder Conflict Transformation Process has been successfully conducted from 16 to 20 May 2023 at Bode, Bhaktapur. The program was attended by 37 participants, including Modular Trainees, Resource Persons, Central Team Members and Guests. The major topics incorporated in the seventh module were reflection on activities conducted after the sixth module, additional skills and knowledge on conflict facilitation, leadership qualities, reporting and presentation skill.
In this way, seven modular training was concluded, producing 28 skilled human resources in multistakeholder conflict transformation process to contribute in peacebuilding. All participants expressed their gratitude to NRCTC for providing them this valuable opportunity and affirmed their commitment to working for the betterment of their communities in future.
During the closing ceremony of the workshop, Hon. Justice of Supreme Court of Nepal, Mr Nahakul Subedi, extended his best wishes to all the participants for completing all seven modules of the training. He emphasized that, despite it being a closing ceremony, it actually marked the beginning of their engagement in the peace-building movement. Mr Subedi praised the significant role played by NRCTC in driving social transformation. In addition, he highlighted the importance of accrediting the multistakeholder conflict transformation process in the university course in Nepal.
