Seven Modular Training

Second phase seven modular training

The second phase of seven modular training is organized in two districts i.e. Bhaktapur, and Kanchanpur from 10 June, 2012 to 28 June, 2013. The modular training is organized in two groups in west and east regions with total 59 participants (30 male 29 female) out of which 52 are able to successfully complete seven phases of the training. The seven modular training aimed to develop skilled human resource in the sector of natural resource conflict transformation process through seven phases of modular training. Afterwards, those produced human resources will be able to contribute in peace building movement through transformation of conflicts based on natural resources.

The training was conducted in the facilitation of national resource persons and management of central level program team. National resource persons are divided into two groups and mobilized in respective region for facilitation of modular training. As in first phase modular training, trainee are mobilized in field practice after each module of training. The participants are well aware about the concept of natural resource conflict transformation process through first phase of seven modular training. Therefore, they had developed in-depth understanding on different steps of conflict transformation process and its successful application in practical life by the end of second phase of seven modular training.
