Spiders play a key role in natural resource conflict transformation process. Spiders comprise of representative members from conflicting concerned parties with dedication and strong commitment to work fairly and transparently in the process of the conflict transformation process. The failure and success of transformation process depend on the sincerity and dedication of spider team members. The capacity building workshop offered to spider team members helps to develop a clear understanding of the conflict transformation process. In each conflict case, three days long spider team capacity building workshop has been organized with the capacity enhancement of total 3927 spiders.
