Mediation center is established as a hospital for stitching broken hearts through a resolution of conflicts with the better relationship among conflicting parties. The mediation center is established in each ward in the presence of ward chairperson, ward members and judiciary committee members. The mediation center contributed to decreasing pressure of conflict cases in court by resolving conflicts at the community level. In addition, ego and hard feelings among conflicting parties ended and resulted in a better relationship which is not possible through any court, police station and other traditional methods of conflict resolution. So the mediation center is proved as an easily accessible and cost-efficient means of conflict resolution at the community level. Altogether 452 mediation centers are established in all program districts.
